Follow in the footsteps of Bruegel, Rubens and Van Eyck and paint and sketch from the Flemish landscapes surrounding Bruges on this 5 day course. Led by the artists Clementine Hanbury and Anselme Long, you will learn to make a sketchbook that will accompany you on all your travels and adventures.
You will experiment with watercolour, ink and drawing techniques and focus on the craft of sketching as both a practical tool and personal keepsake. The workshop encourages students to develop a habit of observing and capturing the world around them, whether at home, outdoors, or on holiday.
Open to beginner and aficionado artists.
Lunch & dinner included
If you would like to stay at Huis St Jan during the course we have a number of rooms available on a first come first served basis.
